Two things I just thought of. Scott Swerdlin my ex-father in law has known a Glenn 30 years they are close friends, done tons of deals together and I know my ex father in law has spent time quite a bit of time in Nantucket and knows the Matthews

And Vivian the neighbor behind Palm House was afraid of Glenn I talked to her about in years ago. They were trying to force her to sell her property to them.
