Pursuant to a Proffer Agreement, OMAR DELEON, was interviewed at the United States Attorney's Office, In attendance for the Proffer interview were AUSA , Special Agent (FBI), Special Agent (Office of the Inspector General for the Department of Justice, OIG), Special Agent (OIG), and DELEON's counsel.

After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, DELEON provided information relating to the investigation. Please see AUSA attached notes for further information.

- Dionisio bought cellphone from another inmate, when OD arrived in 70, Dionisio already had it.

- CO found cellphone - someone told CO that OD had cellphone when they came into room + found OD w/ cellphone on him. Give phone to CO. Then took to SHU.

- IN KITTER, last cell on the night, bunkie was "Easy" 2wks then in LITER mind cell on the night, bunkie was Pedro bavaria Roma, still in that cell.

- moved before Epstein died - there a couple days before hand.

- knew Keyes from 7S

- after got to the stu, heard people talking abt Epstein, could see out the window from cell door, saw cameras outside at court - did hear anything abt trying to kill self before he died.

- usually fall asleep at 12-3, 4, 5, sometimes listen to watch head books, wake up when guards come in unit at night.

- before JE shed, officers would come 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 break fast after we died every 15-30 min, even at night.

- sometimes before weekend counts overnight sometimes doesn't happen.

- dln know keyes had left mcc, think week before or same Friday saw keyes at visits and Keyes said they should back up together bc knew each other from other unit. When Keyes told OD that he was alone, Keyes said he was in 2/12. Call Keyes "story?

- Night Epstein died, only saw lady co once (Chubby, black woman) around 9:30 - 10 pm. Didn't see her coming.

- from OD's cell cause 3 cells across half of security door + cancee guards' desk, can watch them at night, guards put music, smoke pipe, on computer. Can hear music.

- Dln look at guard's night Epstein fired.

- heard commotion overnight, before breakfast, heard inmates banging on door, Dln heavy yards yet anything

Other inmates were saying "I'm going to be commotion

- I n see anyone carrying body - can only see amll

other inmates were saying they took out body after we died, guards treated people better, food is better, guards listened to inmates now come by event is min - 1/2 hour

come by every 15 min - 1/2 hour

- lady co works in box, works nights+afternoon - try to not talk to lady cos

- Silva works nights a lot, sometimes works at night

- never saw/met w/ Epstein
