Johnson for Obstruction of Justice, 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c), on December 8, 2009, agents made contact with ALFREDO RODRIGUEZ at West Palm Beach, Florida. RODRIGUEZ was placed under arrest without incident. Agents then transported RODRIGUEZ to the Palm Beach County Jail.
