had the good idea to pull together a list of his MCC Bivens defendants to see if our investigation of the circumstances of Epstein’s suicide, which includes potential malfeasance by BOP personnel, might raise any conflict issues with any of ’BOP Bivens defendants. has advised me that there is indeed an overlap with one of the names on ’list Could you pull together a CivDiv wide list of BOP Bivens defendants so that we can evaluate any other potential conflicts?
