On Jul 26, 2019, at 3:38 PM, Bruce, Thanks for the kind words. We are happy to help. Have a great weekend. >>> Bruce Barket 7/26/2019 8:15 AM >>> I am not shy about complaining so I figure I should also acknowledge the good work done. I met with Nick last night and he told me that you personally checked in on him and swapped out his books. Thank you. Bruce A. Barket, Esq. Good morning Bruce, EFTA00100760 Please be advised that this matter is currently the subject of an open investigation, and, thus, I am limited in what I can discuss at this time. I have not shared any information with the press or the public, and I am not aware of any other MCC staff doing so either. As this is an open investigation, no information can be shared with outside parties until the investigation is complete. Once the investigation is concluded, I will be able to provide you more information. I have reminded MCC administrators to caution staff that they are not to retaliate against your client or any inmate. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. ## Thank you, >>> Bruce Barket 7/24/2019 11:30 PM >>> This comes on the heels of our complaints to the Court. It seems someone in your facility has leaked false information about Nick.
