Attached please find a subpoena for recordings of Jeffrey Epstein’s phone calls, excluding any attorney calls.

In addition to the materials requested in the enclosed subpoena, please accept our written request for the e-mail correspondence of inmate Jeffrey Epstein (76318-054) from July 6, 2019 through July 11, 2019 – excluding any correspondence between Epstein and the following attorneys: Marc Fernich Martin Weinberg and Reid Weingarten ( ).

As you can see on the subpoena, we have set the return date for tomorrow (July 12, 2019). We would be very grateful if we could receive the requested materials as soon as possible. As always, please feel free to call or me with any questions or concerns.
