Thanks so much I’m attaching the 302 from the Giglio interview with which has the info about drug use. I wasn’t sure how much detail you’re looking for—dates and number of times?

On the letter, I think it’s good, but since all of the info comes from we might want to be careful to source the facts that way. E.g., reported that may be mentally ill and reacting to her decision to move away.

Letter to preclude cross attached. per our conversation, I left blanks for the facts of MV-1 and MV-2’s drug use. I think you can just write a couple sentences – it doesn’t have to be long.
