Attached please find a request for to travel to SDNY for trial prep with me this month. I’ll need to meet with on August 16th at 1pm and August 17th at 10am.

One special request: would it be possible to please make sure that stays at a different hotel than who will be coming up that same week? I'd like to avoid them running into each other if possible.
