it occurs to me that although we’ve gotten sign-off from the front office folks that we still need to get a deputy chief to sign, and I think most or many of them are out next week – with the caveat that we can continue to proof-read and change precise wording if we need to, should we get the indictment and pros memo to today? The attached indictment version incorporates very small edits (and had no edits). If it’s alright, I’ll give to right now.
