Can I get a trial subpoena for birth certificate for the following:

New York State Department of Health

Vital Records Certification Unit

Albany, NY 12220



Likely going to need one for California as well, but I’m waiting to hear back on who to direct the subpoena. Will let you know.

We’ve been compiling lists of trial exhibits/items we’ll need to gather for trial, and one item we wanted to touch base with you about is gathering birth certificates for the victims. Could you please take the lead on gathering birth certificates for the four victims in the indictment, and also for ? If you need any trial subpoenas, just let us know who to address them to, as I imagine these records will be located at a variety of municipal agencies. We won’t do an MLAT for any victims born abroad, so we can forego those.
