Thanks for tracking down the Surveillance video.

We still have reason to believe that photographs and video were taken of the cell during the time the officers initially responded to the cell and shortly after Mr. Epstein was removed from the cell.

In light of the miscommunication regarding the surveillance video we would ask that you check again on the other photos and video. Relatedly, we would like to view a log of all the photographs.

As you may have just seen in our letter filed on the docket, after further discussion with MCC, we found that the video was preserved upon your request and are working to obtain a copy. We will make it available for review at our Office, but and I are both out next week, so it may not be available for your review until the New Year.
