Just got a call back from . The agent in picked up the boots.







It's my understand that reached out or attempted to reach out to that TFO on Friday and has not heard back yet. She is currently out of state on vacation and I am en route for interviews but I will try and obtain the TFOs contact info to get in touch and see what's going on with that request. I will let you know as soon as I know.

The TFO handling is out for the next week so I'll touch base when he returns the following week.





I hope all’s well! The Court resolved the issues around boots, so we’re now clear to get them and transfer them to New York. Would you mind asking the agent in to go get them?



I'm not sure where things stand on having an agent in go get the boots from but we’d like to hold off doing it for now. The defense has asked Judge Nathan to have the boots produced directly to them, rather than through us, so we want to preserve the current situation until the Judge has a chance to rule on it. Please ask the agent to wait for now, and we’ll let you know when we get more direction from the judge.
