reported I/M Ramos #85428-054 on HA-Unit w/inmate companion pending bed space(SHU). Treaty Transfer return Jones (Flight Can-x, due to, mechanical problems).

Correctional assignment Sanitation vacated, due to, a shortage of staff. Control Center Fire Panel remains inoperative.

## Day Watch Shift:

reported I/M Garcia #79043-054(Code #111) placement on the Special Housing Unit. Correctional assignments Phone Monitor, 2 Sally Officer, 10 South #2, Rec Officer #1, Rec Officer #2 vacated, due to, a shortage of staff.

## Evening Watch Shift:

reported I/M Fernandez 86824-054 placement on Dry Cell in R&D holding cell. Correctional assignments SHU #4 vacated, due to, a shortage of staff.
