SUBJECT: Drop note

On May 28, 2019 at approximately 8:45 am, while conducting legal call I received a drop note from inmate Espinal reg. no. 86832-054. The drop note stated, that he had been raped. I immediately handed over to the Special Housing Unit Officer. Inmate Espinal was immediately removed from his cell and escorted to medical.
