8:33 AM Called officer H. Thomas w/Warden to do a wellness check. Thomas stated he was ok! refused to talk

8:34 AM Called Testin Llewellyn (FBI Agent) and advised him Epstein was pronounced deceased @ 7:36 AM

8:45 AM H. Thomas called back stated he was outside the building, in the vicinity and asked for his union rep Hodge. Thomas hung up.

8:48 AM F.T. Hodge notified

9:00 AM Sis F.T. reports to Special Housing Unit entered L-Tier and obtained names of all of the inmates that were currently housed on L-Tier

10:00 AM Warden called back FBI Agent back advised FBI will be here within an hour.
