I understand that Mr. Epstein has not yet had the opportunity to establish a telephone account. Unit Mgr. Proto (or Prodo) began the process last week, but did not have a chance to finish it. If you could arrange for someone to help Mr. Epstein set up the account, we'd really appreciate it.
