John, Please see attached. This reflects your comments with some additional edits (in particular to some of the requests). I’m happy to send a redline if that would be helpful. There are also two comments for your consideration. Thanks, Lara Lara - Here is a draft back with comments and questions. Let me know what you think. Starting at COB tomorrow, I am out for a week. If you want this to go over to the UK before I depart, please turn around before COB today. Thx, John John T. John, Thanks very much for looking into this for us. We really appreciate it. Attached please find our MLAT request. Please let us know if you have any comments/questions or would like to discuss. EFTA00040828 Just asked the CBP Attaché. PNR records (which is ticketing information from the airline) is destroyed by CBP after 5 years. However, fight manifest information (which does not include all ticketing information) is kept for a very long period by CBP. Checking on the UK equivalent. ## John T. McNeil U. S. Thanks, John. We have been working with CBP locally, but we are also interested in CBP/travel records from the UK side. Our understanding was that it only went 5 years back, but would appreciate any more information/suggestions you have. Neither. You should work with CBP locally to get the records from their national database. FBI may also have access to this. John
