received the below threat, and her attorney has asked that FBI conduct a threat assessment. Her plea to the DP is tomorrow I know that is on leave, and I asked the case team to also reach out to Det. although I’m not sure if he’s available. Would it be possible to assign someone to do a threat assessment if cannot do it? Happy to discuss further by phone, and I’m sure the AUSAs would be happy to cut any needed subpoenas. Thanks very much.

Good afternoon. At 12:22pm my partner, James Seplowitz, received the email below. I interpret the email as a threat against safety. I am requesting that the Government use its resources to thoroughly expeditiously investigate the perceived threat and let us know whether it is credible.
