- Looking into whether there was a policy violation or administrative failure in not providing Epstein with a cellmate
- Discussion of and other witnesses' statements re Epstein having a cell mate

- Timing
	- o IG wants report done ASAP
	- o will express to IG our desire that anything they write comes out after the trial; our Office can also make a formal request to IG about timing, if necessary
- Witness names
	- o In Oversight Review Division, long reports with all names
	- o In Investigations Division (where. is helping out on this report), different approach; using titles, not names
	- o Does not believe that he will be citing any inmate testimony
	- o In any public version, do not believe that most MCC employees will be named, but we should confirm
