notes)) spoke with DANY in January in 2023, 37 YO from. o Severe trauma including prior to Epstein diagnosis but not very apparent o She was adopted by supportive family, mother is always there for interviews and she serves as liaison for meetings
January meeting: was rep by Adam Horowitz o They were considering civil lawsuit or being involved in the Epstein compensation fund o But wanted DANY to look at allegations against Black o When she was in HS, she was in gymnastics/ cheer/ dance studio in
- DANY subpoenaed the gym but didn’t get anything back (they didn’t respond but it’s still open)
- Goes by
  - CLEAR check identified based on DOB and name
- all potential last names for from
  - These all show up in CLEAR report as associated names
- introduced her to Gislaine Maxwell when she was 17, around 2001/2002
- had significant other named
  - Mother knew that was from Northern VA
- told her that it was an apprentice program, she met Gislaine and Epstein
  - They (Maxwell/ Epstein) watched movies together, told her to sit in his lap
- GM/JE flew her to Palm Beach, St. Thomas, NY o One particular incident with Leon Black, drove her from Virginia to NY to JE’s townhouse
  - JE introduced her to Black by name as “Leon” and told her she would give him a massage
JE had introduced her to others for similar massages
- John Luc Brunel [deceased JE associate]
- Also knew other names but was afraid to talk about it
Black was very violent, tore her clothes off, bit her vagina, forced sex toys into her
- Not clear whether knew about s allegations about LB but they were non-public at time of first interview
She needed medical attention, bleeding
LB left her money on the table before he left the room
- JE took the money because she didn’t want anything to do with it
She did not describe payments from JE o 2001 sexual assault by Leon Black stood out to her because of how violent she was
- Mother also said that she always talked about this guy (Black) who stood out
- Described him looking like Shrek
- Mother showed her photo from article of Black she confirmed it was him
was introduced as mentor and she turned her over to Gislaine o gave her a phone which was used to communicate with her

- “allowed” to eat something bad, normally she had to watch what she ate
  - went to facility for in-patient
wasn’t asked if she knew of other girls who were working with but she said that she didn’t know whether introduced other girls to JE o DANY didn’t push on because they didn’t have jurisdiction
DANY doesn’t know how was transported to NY on the other occasions o She mentioned a pilot named Larry who flew them to St. Thomas
One time, she came in through customs and the customs officer asked if she was ok o DANY doesn’t have border records o JC did have flight records related to and , so she may have records related to — DANY didn’t look into it
DANY received medical records from from 2011-2023 o She mentions sexual assaults/ Epstein in records in May 2020

Also records from OB-GYN 2019

O 2011 record notes that she has from sexual assault o Complains of o April 2021 note mentions she has who abused and drugged her o Seems like news reports about JE/ GM prompted– corroborated in records but only in later timeframe (post JE investigation)
In follow-up interviews and in records, DANY has found other allegations of sexual abuse unrelated to JE/ GM o Including sexual abuse from priest and a separate kidnapping o DANY thinks she may have-as child
Family situation: she bounced around from different families, to BM and back O 2017: was adopted as an adult by her motherE
- Prior to that she had a foster mother and she bounced back and forth between foster care and her BM
■/ DANY do not doubt her allegations against JE and LB o They believe she was also abused by Staley o They have not found any independent corroboration
She has twitter account where she has disclosed being a victim of JE (now deleted) 0
- Was up as recently as when DANY last spoke to her
- In_she posted about JE
Horowitz represented during DANY interviews, JC said she was retained in May o Horowitz reached out to JC’s firm in February to have her get involved in civil suit against Black o Feb 2022, told AH about Leon Black
- At that point.’s complaint had been filed but the specific allegations about the massage/ biting were redacted at that time o Horowitz had been working with other JE victims at the time
- spoke with authorities in USVI o In late 2022, AH reached out to DANY and JC
JC is now representing in connection with civil claims related to JE and any other individuals related, Black/ Staley o And also in connection with criminal matters

Falsely denied extortion of Black that was recorded

: no corroboration, was also receiving payments from Black after the fact
